Christmas is around a week away and the majority of the nation doesn’t have snow. For most of us, that won’t change between now and Christmas. It was a completely different scenario at this time last year.
Even though some storms have brought a good amount of rain to portions of Texas, the drought still continues for the state and even extends into northern Mexico.
